Welcome to NovaZen (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our shared hosting services (“Services”). By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.



1. General Information

NovaZen operates as a hosting service provider based in the European Union and provides web hosting services to clients worldwide. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.


2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under your jurisdiction’s laws.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.

3. Services Provided

NovaZen provides shared hosting services that include webspace, bandwidth, and server access under the conditions described on our website. No domain registration, email hosting, or website builder services are included unless explicitly stated.



4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services for any purpose that violates applicable laws or NovaZen’s policies. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

  • Hosting or distributing illegal content (including copyrighted material without authorization).
  • Engaging in any form of spamming, phishing, or unsolicited mass communication.
  • Using the service for cryptocurrency or crypto-asset mining or related computational activities.
  • Hosting malware, botnets, or conducting denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other servers, systems, or data.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination, without refund.


5. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account, including actions performed by users with access credentials you provide.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and notify NovaZen immediately of any unauthorized access.

6. Payments and Billing

  • All fees must be paid in advance as described on our website.
  • Service will only be provided after payment has been received.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.


7. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal (EU)

All payments are non-refundable. By purchasing our Services, you explicitly agree to the waiver of your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, as the service begins immediately upon activation.

Consent statement: By placing an order, you expressly request that we begin providing the Services before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.


8. Service Availability

While NovaZen strives for high availability and uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary downtime. NovaZen shall not be liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from downtime.


9. Data and Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected and used.



10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaZen and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits. Total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for Services in the preceding 12 months.


11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NovaZen from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.


12. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time through your client area.
  • NovaZen may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or applicable law.
  • No refunds will be provided upon termination.

13. Changes to the Terms

NovaZen reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of the EU Member State of NovaZen’s incorporation. The courts located in Cologne, Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules.

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
